We have been a "Pickle Family" for several generations. I used to help my mom can her special pickles, we always made 52 quarts so they would last a full year. We only opened a jar on Sunday when one of us kids would go down to "the cellar" and get a fresh jar. So, coming from experience, these pickles are truly the best pickles I have eaten since I was about 12 years old! They are a perfect balance of sweet and sour with a nice little crunch! The texture is unlike any other pickle, can't even describe it.Thank you for making them readily available to those of us that are addicted...guess I better place my order cause my mouth is watering~ Kim S.
